Who can apply?
Athena members only—both XPs and non-XPs—who have Regular Employment Status. XPs should have a Client Match to be eligible.
For Oxford Courses:
- Must be under Regular Employment Status at Athena
- Must hold a position of Manager or above, or
- Must be nominated by an executive leader
- Must be a Cognitive Immersion Achiever
When is the application window?
Every 5th–19th of the month. If the 19th falls on a weekend, the deadline moves to Friday.
During the first week of the month, an email with the subject “Athena [Month] [Year] MBA Application Invitation” will be sent out for next month’s intake. Follow the instructions stated in the email as this is the first step for the onboarding process.
For Oxford Courses:
What email address should I use to apply to Metis College?
Please use only your @athena.com email address to apply. All official application updates and onboarding instructions will be sent there. No personal email address should be used.
What are the steps to enroll?
Step 1: Application Form – Personal/contact info, academic background, work experience, learning path. Link to the application form here
Step 2: Prepare Documents – Based on highest educational attainment
Step 3: Review – Metis Student Recruitment Team reviews your file. Incomplete applications are on hold until complete.

- Transcript of Records/Grades (all pages)
- Government ID
- CV (required for non-college grads)
Step 4: Onboarding & Final Approval (Woolf AMS)
Watch for an email from support@woolf.education to verify identity, complete records, upload documents, choose your Admissions Pathway (Standard for college grads; PBA for non-college grads), submit a Statement of Motivation (300–3,000 characters) and Short Bio, then sign the Agreement.
What is PBA and who should choose it?
Performance-Based Assessment (PBA) is the admissions pathway for non-college graduates. College graduates should choose Standard Admissions. See here for more information about PBA [[Link to the PBA Knowledge Base]].
How will I receive my onboarding invite?
Look for an email from support@woolf.education (Woolf AMS). Check spam/promotions if you don’t see it. You may email admissions@metiscollege.com for assistance.
What if my application is incomplete?
It will be placed on hold until all required documents are submitted.
How often do new intakes occur?
Metis College offers new MBA intakes every month.
Will there be an interview as part of the application process?
No. We do not require our applicants to undergo an interview.
Will we need to take admission tests like the NMAT, GMAT, or similar tests?
No. There are no required admission tests.
How long does it take to receive the final admissions decision?
Upon successfully completing your onboarding in Woolf, you will receive an admissions decision within 2 to 5 business days. Enrollment will be deferred if there are findings in the documents submitted.
What’s next after my onboarding has been completed and approved by Woolf?
You’ll receive an email from Canvas with the subject line “Finish Registration: Canvas.” Follow the instructions in that email to set up your Canvas account, the learning platform used for your classes.
Note: The Canvas LMS used for the MBA program and the Oxford courses are different. Students should set-up 2 Canvas accounts for those who are enrolled in the MBA and Oxford Course.
