What email do I receive to start my onboarding?
You’ll receive an email from support@woolf.university sent to your Athena email address used in your Metis application. Click “Start Onboarding” in that email to begin the process.
Is there a deadline to complete my onboarding process?
Yes. The onboarding period runs from the 5th to the 18th of each month for the following month’s intake. If the 18th falls on a weekend, the deadline will move to the Friday before the 18th.
When will I know my onboarding status?
Your onboarding status will be confirmed by the 25th of the month (or earlier).
What should I do if I haven't received my acceptance email yet?
Your final acceptance email comes from support@woolf.education. Please check your Spam or Junk folder first. If you still haven’t received it, contact admissions@metiscollege.com for assistance.
How do I access my courses in Canvas?
After receiving your final acceptance email from Woolf, you’ll get another email invitation to access your first course in Canvas.
If you haven’t received it between the 25th–30th of the month, please reach out to studentsupport@metiscollege.com

The Student Starter Kit is your go-to resource to help you start the MBA program strong. It includes tools, tutorials, and tips to guide you through your first days and beyond. This will be shared by the Student Support Team upon successful onboarding.

How do I access my courses in Canvas?
You should have received an email invitation to your first course on Canvas. If you haven’t received it, please contact studentsupport@metiscollege.com.
Where can I learn how to use Canvas?
The Starter Kit includes a video tutorial that walks you through:
